Born and raised in Central Florida
In my personal life, I wear many hats: wife, mother, teacher, friend, student, sister, daughter, aunt. My husband, Jeff, and I have been married since 1997. I am ‘Mom’ to three amazing children: Harrison (born in 1999), Kayla (born in 2001), and Connor (born in 2003). I am an educator by trade, specializing in Early Childhood Education since 2004. My number one rule in life is to never take myself too seriously. I love to laugh, and to make others laugh. I am an avid coffee drinker, a voracious reader, and I simply love music. My entire family is gluten-free, with tendencies toward a Paleo lifestyle. We love to camp, be outdoors, and CrossFit as a family. I obtained my CrossFit Level 1 certification in July 2013, my Mobility certification in August 2013, and my Kids certification in January 2014.

Most importantly, CrossFit has given myself, veteran coaches and other experienced weightlifters a chance to take our skills and coaching abilities to the masses help the community perform on
